ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: Accommodation is entirely the responsibility of the participants, but it is possible to use the option until February 28, 2026 at the nearby VP1 hotel at discounted prices. To use this option, write to hotelVP1@vitkovice.cz, with the password „US 2026“.

- – Excursion 2 (Morning guided walk through Ostrava: New Town Hall, Havlíčkovo nábřeží, Černá louka, City Campus, Vila Grossmann, Přemyslovců Street – transport on foot and by public transport): Thursday, April 23, 2026 – 15 EUR (incl. VAT)/person.
- – Excursion 3 (Morning guided excursion to the Leaning Church and the post-industrial landscape – transport by bus): Thursday, April 23, 2026 – 20 EUR (incl. VAT)/person.
The excursions take place simultaneously (9 – 13) at the same time (select only one option).

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
Registration: You can choose to participate in the conference by selecting the price category. The amounts listed are final. The price of the professional program includes: lecturer fees, space rental, technical support, translators, coffee breaks, lunch, video recording, organizational and overhead costs.
An optional item is the possibility of participating in the Networking Evening (April 21, 2026) for an additional fee of EUR 40 (incl. VAT)/person. The price of the social evening includes: light refreshments, welcome drink, musical production, organizational support.
An optional item is the excursion (April 23, 2026) for an additional fee of EUR 15 or EUR 20 (incl. VAT)/person. The price includes: organization, guide headphones, or bus transportation. The excursions will take place simultaneously at the same time – so select only one option.
